There is no reason to be afraid of this kind of treatment: the actual operation does not last long and is virtually pain-free.

The course of the treatment can be divided into the following steps:

• Short test (ca. 30 minutes)
• Detailed preliminary examination (ca. one and a half to two hours)
• Operation (ca. one hour and a half to two hours)
• Follow-up controls (about 5 visits)
